Fanatech is a digital subscription platform. No physical goods are sold or shipped through the app.

How payments work. Fan and Creator subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically until canceled. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Fanatech does not store card numbers.
Revenue share. Fanatech charges a 10% platform fee on each fan payment. Creators pay the payment processing fees, which come out of their earnings, so Fanatech never takes more than its 10%.
Example: one $4.99 fan payment. The fan pays $4.99. Stripe's processing fees are about $0.48. Fanatech's 10% platform fee is $0.50. The creator receives about $4.01.
Fees paid by creators. Stripe charges 2.9% + $0.30 per card payment and 0.7% for subscription billing. Stripe Connect charges $2 per month for each active creator account, plus 0.25% + $0.25 per payout. Stripe sets these fees and they may change.
Canceling. You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See our Terms of Service for details.
